Start a support session

  1. Download the installer above for your operating system.
  2. Install and launch RustDesk. On first launch, it auto-configures β€” no settings needed.
  3. Read your 9-digit ID and one-time password from the main window.
  4. Share them with the support technician by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
The support technician will never connect without you sharing the password. The one-time password regenerates each session.
